Once my tub dried, there were a few areas that need to be touched up and they came out within a few days and were able to touch it up and it looks great. I had my tub reglazed and I also had two tile floors, reglazed, and everything looks superb."

The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! "Everything was top-notch from the first contact with Mr. Hamilton through the entire cleaning process. We were considering having new carpet installed but wanted to try having the carpet cleaned to see if it could be restored to a nearly new look. After using Act One, our carpet, which is over 5 years old and has gone through lots of kid and pet accidents, looks basically new. So much less expensive and time-consuming than buying new carpet. Additionally, Mr. Hamilton was pleasant to deal with throughout the process, was always prompt and courteous, and was flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend calling Act One before you consider replacing carpet or rugs."

"Overall, I was very satisfied with Premier Surfaces. Lindsey was my project manager / sales associate. She met my wife and I on a Saturday morning as a special appointment (they do not have regular hours on Saturday, appointment only). I had gotten another quote from a different Granite installer that was slightly higher and they only allow you to see their slabs during the week, which is an inconvenience for me. Lindsey was very nice to us, and she answered all our questions. I felt like she went above and beyond for our whole buying experience. We picked a slab, setup a measurement appointment (really early in the morning during the week, like 7 am or earlier). The measurement appointment was on time and took a reasonable amount of time (maybe 30 minutes). My only disappointment with Premier surfaces is they sold me on their SlabSmith program which supposedly allows you to see how your countertops will look upon installation. I took this to mean it would take a photo of my kitchen, and show me exactly what it would look like in a 3d image. The reality is that it shows you a plan view (from above) of what your countertops will look like, and we chose a black granite which had minimal color variation, so it looked like a few black boxes. Lindsey sent me another version of it that had a grainier granite and it still wasn't what I expected (3d), but I could see how it could be helpful for some folks. I just didn't think it was that big of a deal. For the installation, it was relatively easy to schedule, they were supposed to be at our house at 3:15 and they were about 1 hour late, the 4 hour installation time took about 3.5 hours, and ultimately it resulted in a beautiful end product. So I think there's some room for improvement, but I still would use them again without hesitation. See photos below for before and after (also had floors done) and the photos of the Slabsmith."

"This time Matt did the tile laying for us, rather than Mr. Charles. The work was just as professional. Matt was very personable, was always more than willing to answer our questions, and always kept us informed as to the progress of the project. The job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. Still when the job was complete I was more than satisfied with the project. Both rooms look beautiful and L and G Tile was also able to eliminate a loud squeak in the upstairs bedroom floor. The transition from the ceramic tile in the hallway to the tile in the bedroom is perfect. I have a couple of more tile projects that I want done... and when the time comes to start those I would not consider any company other than L and G Tile."

Nicole and Deanna were extremely patient and helpful in stepping us through every facet of our remodel, to include, pros/cons of various materials, price points, wear/maintenance, and installation considerations. We decided on leathered granite and are extremely pleased with the decision. Upon the installation of our cabinets, they immediately arrived and templated the layout. Their workmanship in cutting the counters was exceptional. We used an existing sink that was top-mounted and had no template. They converted the installation to a bottom mount, and their cuts were perfect. They cut our countertops to minimize seams - the two seams that were required are extremely difficult for me to detect, even though I know where they are located. The slab for the coffee bar fit perfectly; it was a very precise application as it is surrounded on both ends by cabinetry. The precision of their work was absolutely superb. In addition to their outstanding work, they always went the extra mile. For example, their office is some distance from our house. To reduce our inconvenience, Nicole dropped samples and materials by our house on her way to/from work on several occasions. I was extremely impressed with my experience with Natural Stone Concepts and will definitely use them again for future remodel projects. The service was exceptional, and their pricing was less than the other firms we consulted. They have my highest recommendation."

"We went to look at granite for the kitchen and saw that they had some overstock bathroom counters.  We are renovating an older home to sell and needed an affordable option.  We never thought we could afford granite for the bathroom.  I'm sure they aren't always able to do things that inexpensively but we got lucky and it worked out great.  They even included a sink.  They were always on time or early.  They really went above and beyond even though they weren't making a huge profit. <br />"
