"We hired Smith Handyman Service (SHS( to install a new roof and gutters. We worked with their team to talk about roofing options, quality of materials, installation standards, etc., and the SHS team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us a fair and competitive bid and addressed all our concerns. As they were removing the old roof shingles near our dormer windows, they found a problem and immediately alerted us to it, carefully showing us exactly how the previous trim had been installed incorrectly, and we were able to see where water had been leaking in over the years. We worked with SHS to come up with the best option and ultimately decided on new shake siding for the dormer windows. Within 1 day of finding the problem, SHS was able to acquire the shakes we selected and had a crew onsite to do the install to take advantage of the nice weather. Now- the roof is done and it's beautiful, the dormers look like new with shake siding, and our family feels safe and secure from the weather - and proud to look at the house when we drive up. Excellent work, quality all the way, professional, well-skilled crew. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Smith Handyman Service. We will definitely use them for future projects."

"Incredible group of people to work with!!! They replaced my rotten soffit and fascia, installed new guttering and painted entire surface. Even working in direct sunlight, and extremely high temperatures, they took their time to make sure every aspect of the job was done correctly and every problem that I had was repaired. As impressed as I was with the quality of their work and work ethic, I was just as impressed with the job site upon completion. There wasn’t a nail, sliver of wood or even scraped paint chip left when they finished. During the entire process, they worked flawlessly as a team and as one part of the job was finished, someone else followed with the next portion of the job. I highly recommend all of these people and would like to give a HUGE shout-out to Robert, Brenda and Danielle for putting up with my endless, and probably silly, questions!"

"This review is one year in the making. Anyone can say a company did a good job after a day or two from completing a job, but can you say it a year later? Well, I'm glad to say Yes, I Can!! I'm very happy with how quickly the job was done and I feel that I got what I paid for the completed re-roofing. Langley did a full tear off and replacement of our 23-year-old asphalt shingles. They installed new underlayment, better than felt paper, aluminum drip edging on all exposed sheathing, and replacement of some rotten around the base of the chimney (where the roof meets up with the chimney) at no extra charge. They also installed all new architectural shingles. Langley started the job on a Friday morning and came back to finish on Saturday, but it started to rain so the parts of the house that did not get finish was covered with blue tarps. I was thinking they would be back on Monday to finish the job, but No! They came back out that Sunday and fully completed their work plus a full clean up of the job site (cut shingles, nails and paper and plastic that the wind blew to the woods) I do recommend Langley and would use them again, if needed. "Is there installers where but what are you doing here on time but but the shingles showed up 2 weeks ahead of time and and it was hard to get in touch with the project manager when the shingles showed up and after the installers were here they left a really big mess and big mess and the project manager came to clean it up And it still wasn't cleaned up very good And they told me that they were going to replace replace a gutter on the back of my house that was there when they came and it still hasn't been replaced"
