We hired a full inspection and found nearly everything was either incomplete, faulty, not up to code, or in need of repair. Essentially we were starting over. We reached out to Mark at Tri-City and he provided us a very fair and reasonable quote to make all the necessary repairs and finishes to our roof and trim. Along the way he was very pleasant to work with. When his guys were finished, he first hand inspected it and said he wanted them to touch up a couple of very minor things. He has a high expectation and pride in their workmanship."
