We pride ourselves on providing excellent drawing and design services in a timely fashion at reasonable rates. Although we are not Registered or Certified Architects or Professional Engineers ourselves, we have full access to these services. We offer these services through our own active client base. It is a two fold, win-win situation. You have the benefit of access to reliable Architects and Engineers without having to pay the fees of enlisting such a professional for the entire duration of the project. Plus our long standing relationship with such professionals only adds to the quality of service that we can offer. Additionally, we hold a Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor's License (#CS-104448) in the name of Keith C. Curran. Although we do not offer contractor related services under that license at this time, it gives further assurances to our clients regarding our professional qualifications.
