"My wife and I decided to remodel out master bath and do a partial remodel of our guest bath. We contacted some companies to get bids. Limitless was not the low bidder but we felt they were right for our job. First, Aimee came out and consulted with us on the scope of our job and provided guidance on what/how to do the remodel. She provided estimates on the job and also was a major help in selecting tile, flooring, lighting, etc. She also explained the Limitless process, so we knew what to expect. Jeremiah, the EVP, did a walkthrough with us to verify the plan and prices and there were zero surprises. Kiki became our project consultant for the entire process, and she was excellent, adjusting to the changes that came up, keeping us informed on material deliveries, who would be at our house and when. Schiller was our main installer and his work is absolutely outstanding. He did the plumbing, woodwork, rebuilding shower and tub areas, etc. Painting was done by Ramone and Miquel and the Glass work was done by Steven. As others have said I would give them more than 5 stars (A+), if possible. Highly recommended."

"Our home and master bath date from 1998, and the bath was in need of some serious updating. It was comprised of a laminate double vanity with molded counter top and sinks, garden tub, and small molded plastic shower stall. Our goal was to upgrade the flooring, tub decking and shower to tile, install granite countertops and hardwood cabinets, replace the garden tub with a whirlpool, increase the size of the shower, and upgrade all the lighting. Additionally, we wanted to replace a bathroom door that continually banged into an adjacent closet door, as well as increase storage space in the bathroom itself. <br /> <br />With no previous remodeling experience, we didn't know quite where to begin with a project of this magnitude. We used Angie's List to review various contractors in our area and spoke to a couple of them before settling on West Georgia Design. From our first meeting, Dwight struck us as somebody who clearly knew his work and could provide useful and practical expertise to us, but, equally important, he impressed us as a man who was honest and forthright in his business dealings. We were correct on both counts. <br /> <br />Based on our objectives, Dwight completed a plan and an estimate. Though the original bid came in higher than we expected, we met twice again and agreed on a final price for the materials and work. One of the things that impressed me about this provider was that, even though the work took a couple of weeks longer than planned due to weather delays (certainly nobody's fault) and the inevitable surprises, like plumbing issues, that occur on projects of this magnitude, the final tab came in within a few hundred dollars of the initial budget estimate. <br /> <br />We finalized and Dwight purchased our materials after the contract was signed. Here is another area where we would give him very high marks. He worked with us on selecting materials and colors and styles that would all complement each other and work well together. We had already done a good amount of legwork on our own and made some choices on individual components, and ultimately, much of the final result gets down to the details: tile colors, shapes and patterns, cabinet styles, countertop colors, etc,. It's important that your contractor has a good sense of your goal and a final vision of the project in his head as to how everything will work and look together. <br /> <br />Once the project began, Danny was the lead on doing most of the work, assisted nearly every day by Aramus. They did the bulk of the demo work, plumbing, painting, and sheet rock, cabinet, Jacuzzi, tile, shower glass and lighting installation. Others also worked with them as needed for specialized plumbing, electrical work and sheet rock finishing. Dwight stopped in as needed - about every 2-3 days - to check on the progress of the project and to make sure it was on track. <br /> <br />We had a couple of minor glitches, as you might expect with a project of this magnitude. One was having to relocate supply and drain lines for the new tub and shower in a concrete slab, on which our home rests, and the other was a misunderstanding in the placement of new electrical outlets and lighting bases. The plumbing issue added a day or two to the project, while the electrical issue was pretty minor and was corrected within a couple hours by a re-visit from the electrical subcontractors. There was also a minor issue with the shower door after the project was completed, and the problem was corrected quickly and without any further issue. <br /> <br />Overall, the project went very well, and we were always kept well informed by Dwight, Danny and Aramus as to what had been done and what was coming up next. We feel like we developed an excellent rapport with all 3 of them, and they were always, without exception, respectful, receptive and responsive to our needs and changes as they occurred. <br /> <br />We could not be happier with the end result, and are enjoying living with our new dream bathroom. The final result greatly exceeded our expectations, and the look of the completed room is beautiful. The color pallet, the materials and the workmanship are all terrific. In fact, we're already making plans to remodel our second bathroom. Many thanks to Dwight, Danny, Aramus, Matt and the other members of the West Georgia Design team that helped make our dream a reality. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The work was done by a very professional crew, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were quoted a price for a smaller job by another (supposedly reputable) company, but they didn't produce. So when Ty and Armando gave me a quote for less money, I was at first skeptical. But when they told me what they would do for me, and the price was lower than the other company wanted for the bare minimum, I quickly agreed. The bathroom was Completely remodeled, including extra touches nobody would have thought about, and I was amazed. I've already recommended their services to several of my friends and family, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs remodeling work done. Kudos to Ty, Armando, and their whole crew."

Once a design/layout was agreed upon, we were provided 3D images of what the end product would look like, once the project was completed, it was amazing on how accurate the plan images were compared to the actual bathroom! "This is a 2 part review about the same bathroom renovation but at 2 different periods of time. Initially, back in the summer of 2022, Richard, Loren and David work on the renovation of my master bathroom including replacement of counter tops, new faucets, new light fixtures, painting of the original opcabinets and painting the room. The end result was fantastic and both my wife and I were so pleased. We love working with this group of people. About a year later, my wife notices some discoloration of the countertops that progressed over the next 6 months. Loren spearheaded finding a solution which included meeting with the Quartz Countertop company to see what could be done. The countertops were replaced, faucets reinstalled, partial painting redone. Loren and Richard said that the project was still under warranty and stood by that agreement. They were so gracious and attentive in helping us resolve this defect in the original countertop. It just illustrates the integrity of this wonderful company."
