Overall did what was expected and when there was not sufficient adhesive in an area of the floor, they came back to inject additional adhesive into the area. It appears that it worked."

"If there was a way to give 10 stars I would. We purchased a home and had a tight window to install hardwood upstairs and vinyl in the basement before our furniture arrived from the move. James and his team were here like clockwork everyday and did a phenomenal job getting everything done when we needed. The quality is impeccable and the customer service is outstanding. James really cares about doing the right job and making sure you are involved along the way. We even had him install flooring in our laundry room, before realizing that our washer/dryer wouldn t fit with the new floor. His guys quickly removed the floor and he didn t charge us for anything except the material. I wish there were more contractors out there as professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend."

"The quality of work was just fine for what I needed. The biggest problem for me was the rescheduling. They came to demo'd the floors on a Saturday and we scheduled for them to come back once the concrete was dry on the next Wednesday. I got a call from the gentleman who demo'd the floors let me know they will be there on Thursday instead because something came up with their other job. That Thursday morning at 7:30am a few hours before they were supposed to arrive, they called again to reschedule for Saturday. That's a full week of my kitchen not having floors and rescheduled twice. I think the thing that irritated me the most was when asked when I wanted them to arrive on Saturday, I said 9:30am. The immediate response was 8:30am would be better for them. So I agreed because I wanted this experience to be over with. They of course did not arrive that Saturday until 10:30am. It seems they do not have any understanding or respect for other peoples time. When I complained to Olga (I believe manager), she apologized and informed me they are short staffed and offered a discount. Hopefully their short staffing issues will be resolved soon."
