"My repairmen was Oscar The Grouch. He replaced my dryer belt. Hours after the repair I noticed a bit of a thud whenever the tub would spin. I didn?t think anything of it at first and thought it would eventually stop but the thud continued. It?s only been two weeks since the repair so I called the company to request someone come out to take a look at the dryer. The same repairman came. This time he offered to disassemble the dryer to show me what he repaired and very quickly told me he would have to charge me to reassemble it because that service wouldn?t be covered under their 90 day warranty. He could tell I was not satisfied and told me he was leaving because there was nothing he could do for me. Needless to say, I will be filing a claim with BBB and my bank. I shouldn?t have any issues with a repair I just paid $225 for to only have to call them back for him to look at it and tell me whatever is going on now would be a new charge & repair. "
