Cornelio called and he showed up on time and gave him the job. He arrived ready and on the job everyday at 8:30am to repair a leak. We were impressed and gave him additional work because he is very professional and knowledgeable. He is replacing the deck and pressure washing and updating the front exterior of the house (painting and replace the shutters). It is such a relief to find someone who is reliable."
