Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. The work was high quality, in my opinion, and I'm confident we made the right choice going with Eads Roofing. There were some delays in communication on occasion but the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was great to work with."

"We had our roof repaired a few years ago hoping to correct a leak that had caused our kitchen ceiling to bubble up and drip in a couple of places. We had the same issue, though, and were worried that the roof would need to be replaced. David Helton came out within 12 hours of us reaching out for help and quickly determined that it wasn't our roof at all. It was our chimney, which needs substantial repair - a service he doesn't offer. He sealed up a few things and the chimney flashing as best he could and initially said there would be no charge. We convinced him to accept $75 for the advice and sealant work. We also asked him to look at our gutters and advised us that one leaky spot doesn't mean we need a total replacement. So, not only was he quick to respond, he didn't attempt to do an unnecessary repair job that we would not have realized was unnecessary. And, he did work that he wasn't even going to charge us for. When we do need a new roof and gutters, we'll be calling Indy Legacy Builders and recommend them to anyone in need of such work."

"Our appointment was not made through the contractor initially for the weather had been so unpredictable, with the recent 4 inch snow, there was much ice and snow on the rooftop and gutters.  However, House Mechanics stayed in contact with us via email messages through Angie's List to assure us that they would schedule appointments as soon as a thaw would occur.  A small window of thawing occurred over the weekend and House Mechanics was doing drive bys to see if we would accept them performing these services.  I was just thinking about calling them before they showed up, thinking that I might get lucky to having them fit us in over the next week.  But what I got was a pleasant surprise in that they showed up based upon their own initiative and did a fabulous job!! Quickly! Professionally and very thorough!!  They explained the entire process and the gutters were in tip top shape after they were completed their services.  They also pointed out a small roof material anomally that would require attention, possibly saving me costly repairs later on down the road!!  WOW What a great service provider!!! Iwould highly recommend these folks for your gutter roofing needs!! <br />"
