"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. "Power home replaced the siding, fascia, soffit, gutters, shutters, and door of my home. The crews they sent out for installation were professional and competent. I was concerned about how the gutters would turn out as well as the color combinations. I was always able to call in to the service department with questions and they helped resolve all of my concerns. After the job is complete, they send out a quality assurance person to make sure that the installation was done properly. They answer your questions at that time. The company offers a lifetime warranty, so they will send someone out to correct any problems you have. I was very pleased with the look of the home exterior colors, and the new door. My neighbors have complimented me on the work as well."

"They start this Monday installing an entire wall on the north west side of my 2 story home, also the north wall had asbestos shingles about ten of them had to be removed to put a new window in with cement replacements that match the asbestos. They were very quick coming to my home to look over damage from fire in October 2024, they were very professional and honest good guys I am very happy with all that they are doing to help put my home back together. I am 72 years old I use to do this kinda of work and I can tell who's ok or a dud these guys have it together on the ball I feel like I have a lot of weight off my shoulders .I'm not able to handle doing this kinda work anymore because of my age. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We hired the king to build a brand new bedroom and remodel 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom. The work included installing new hardwood floors, electrical, drywall, painting, installing a window, and building new closets. Harry was great at setting up the initial consult and quickly gave us a quote. They got everything done in about 2.5 weeks which is what was quoted. Harry was very responsive throughout the whole process and easy to get a hold of. His crew was respectful and carful with our home and ensured they cleaned up every day. Bill was great and was able to complete the final task list of items we had for him before final walk thru. Our rooms came out fantastic and look great. Harry was also able to paint our master bedroom which was an add on request. Overall we are very happy with everything and would recommend the king for any home remodeling or design build type work."

"They approached me (as others had) to let me know about some roof damage and for some reason I listened because they seemed to actually care.  They also were able to identify the contacts in my insurance company (lending believability to what they were saying).  I worked with them, they even contacted my insurance and walked me through the process.  We got an independent cost estimate and while waiting for insurance review they overed over the damage temporarily free of charge even if insurance denied the review.  They offered a no-charge upgrade from 25 year shingles to 50 year shingles with 25 year labor warranty and guaranteed the roof for up to 130 MPH withstand (original roof was 20 year shingles).  They represent Owens-Corning systems and are a top tier licensed installer for them.  Insurance reviewed in favor and USA Roof Masters scheduled the job and explained what would happen on installation day - and when that day came, they did EXACTLY as they said.  They showed up @ 7 AM, started @ 7:30.  A team of about 6 people got to work like pros!  They put a tarp over the edges of the roof while others began removing the shingles.  The debris went down the tarps and they loaded it into a dumpster.  The roofing system showed up with a crane, they lifted it all to the roof and began to lay the underlayment system and shingles, cut a ridge vent in as promised, and inspected and repaired a few sheets of plywood for free.  Then they called and asked if we would like the roof replaced on our shed as well. . . for free!  The tarps were soon off and when the new roofing was on they set to cleaning anything remaining in my yard and then thoroughly rolled the entire yard with magnets and picked up any remaining nails.  By 4:30 PM they were gone and aside from a brand new roof, you wouldn't have known they were ever there.  Clean as a whistle.  They left the dumpster for a few days (we cleaned out the basement! :) ).  They even paid us a little rent for putting a sign up in our yard!  So in short, I got a new roof with a 50 year full warranty (prorated AFTER that. . . ), my shed done, and my basement cleaned out. . . all for the replacement price of a 20 year shingle roof.  What a deal.  Nice folks.  I found them by word of mouth referral from another satisfied customer.

"I highly recommend this company for your kitchen or home remodel. We hired them to do a complete renovation of our 1990â s kitchen. We bought a house that needed to be entirely renovated and did most of the work ourselves, but didnâ t want to do all the work of renovating a kitchen. Our old kitchen was complete with carpeted flooring and soffits. When we first met with the company, Brian reviewed their process thoroughly and showed us all of their licenses and qualifications which made me feel safe in their hands. We signed our contract that day and waited for our cabinets to arrive. The longest part of the process was waiting for the cabinets, but since that is the usual these days we were fine with that. They were well worth the wait. The cabinets are solid wood with beautiful dovetail drawers and soft close hinges. After the cabinets were in, work began within a week. Michael and his crew came in and demoâ d our kitchen in two days. They were so neat and thorough. There was barely any dust in the other rooms surrounding my kitchen, and they had ripped up the floors, taken out the soffits, and all of the drywall. Michael always explained the next steps of our project and any issues he ran into. The entire process ran very smoothly between waiting for the town to come out and do inspections. Michael and his crew always communicated with us so that we knew what days he would be working at our house and what time he would arrive. Any 5 star employee that came to our home was extremely respectful and kind to us and our property. Not only did the work come out beautiful, but their kitchen selection website was very helpful in choosing what we wanted for our new kitchen. Overall we had a great experience with this company and are considering hiring them again for a bathroom remodel. Our new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous complete with white cabinets that reach the ceiling, gold pendant lights, gray marble flooring, and beautiful marble backsplash. All tile work was done to perfection."
