"This company was the first in a long line of estimates that would not build the fence we wanted even though their website showed pictures of the fence we wanted. We live on a slope towards a Lake and wanted the bottom to match slope and top to be level with roof lines for aesthetics. plus build altering heights panels for the views but to block out neighbors (think of stair steps) with the street front having lattice. We also wanted cap and fascia. They said the pretty pictures were from the south Florida branch and they don’t build those up here. We had a spec sheet but couldn’t get the salesman to understand. My husband works in procurement and knows how to detail out contracts and communicate. He asked the salesman to have his manager call and was promised he would. Never heard back. They, like so many others, make their money by slapping together as many standard fences as they can. No craftsmanship at all and as a result, Jacksonville is filled with cookie cutter ugly unfinished-looking fences. If you want a standard fence, they’d be ok. Their quote for what they would do was about $2000 higher than competitors."
