Unfortunately due to a water alert here in Clay County, the water had been turned off. He said that was ok and that he would be able to take off the plate where you turned the water on. "The installation of the hot water heater was performed in March. 2013. It was an a-one job. He was fast, courteous and professional. There was never a single delay. He is a plumber that can be trusted. He shows up when he tells you, plus or minus 5 minutes. How many contractors can say that? I've logged many how's looking out the window for contractors to finally show. There's always a polite excuse. With Stevens you don't get excuses, you get the job done promptly.

I am currently remodeling a bathroom and kitchen. Of course there is plumbing work in progress. I lost my hot water for about 2 days. I immediately thought the hot water heater installed in March 2013 was defective. Within 2 hours of my call Stevens was there checking it out. He assured me the hot water heater was fine.
