"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. "The portico could not have turned out any better. The project started as soon as our town provided the permit, and Mark's crew worked long days for a week and completed the project quickly. There were only two hiccups, both of which gave Mark an opportunity to show just how much he cares about his clients being satisfied with his work: First, a misunderstanding caused the color of the shingles on portico not to match the color of shingles on our house. When we pointed this out, the very next day Mark provided a full set of shingle samples so we could choose the closest matching color and the portico's shingles were redone. Second, there were some cosmetic issues with the paint and nailmarks on the flat parts of the portico; Mark himself came back after the project was completed, touched up the affected areas, and repainted the affected areas. In the end, the portico looks perfect and we are very happy with how we were treated like VIP by Mark and his crew."
