"Built to Last Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them remodel her kitchen. First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects. I recommended them to a friend who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."

"Ron came out on Wednesday to fix my leak in my deck which sits over our lean 2. He noticed the wrong type of material was used and replaced it found flashing was incorrectly installed. He caulked and made sure all was secured and kept me updated as he found what was incorrect. I couldn't be more Happier with everything he did. I would hire Ryan Contracting again."

"They were good to work with. A little disappointed with the wood they used. Did not use decking wood on deck or rails. Just used treated pine wood. Wood is very rough and will need to be sanded to avoid getting splinters. The workmanship is very good and looks great. Make sure you get a material list of the kind of wood they will be using."
