"<p> </p> <p>I called Mr. Thomas Strickland to give me an estimate on removing a batched concrete job that some other so called concrete company did on my property four years ago and poured another concrete slab. Thomas gave me an estimate of $$$$ to remove old concrete and haul it off. He came back two days later with all the equipment needed to do the demolition and proceeded to bust up concrete.</p> <p> </p> <p>The next day a construction dumpster was dropped off out front of my house and Thomas came back with a helper and removed the old concrete. I went to look at his work he was doing and noticed that the old concrete he busted up had no metal or rebar in it, that the other company said they put in. The next day Thomas came back and framed out the patio and installed rebar and wire fence without me asking for it, right then an there I was so grateful that I found him on Angie's List and that I finally got the real professional I was looking for.</p> <p> My wife and I started thinking about all the concrete projects we could think of for around the house that he could do. We ask him for more estimate’s on other jobs that we thought of ( 6'x8' patio, 4'x15' sidewalk). The price was right and we gave him those jobs as well. My job was scheduled for two weeks, but due to rain and other jobs not being completed it was delayed getting started. I am so glad that I waited. When the crew arrived they walked through the job with me and verified the details they had on the work order. Overall craftsmanship and quality is great.
