"I have been using them for at least three years. I think this is the third year. The price is very good compared to some of the other vendor. He offers a prepay which discounts at 5%, which some other contractors do and some contractors don't and I do it with him to get that 5% discount. He does offer that, which I like, but again being that I already seen the price of other contractors it just came out two weeks ago his prices are
more than competitive because he is just considerably less. Responsive has always been good and just this one time I had to email couple of times, but that was just as passed on the grass, but you know do not know with schedule what not I just gather two years are fine. This year I just had to email him usually I have to email only once and I kind of emailed him the second time. The gentleman is very nice and very knowledgeable and I like the fact that he also knowledgeable with pest control and not just lawn care, which is an added bonus. I would continue to use them.

"I had no issue with the quality of service or professionalism.  The only issue was reliability.  I think this company was overwhelmed with too many clients to be able to respond to everyone.  Never did a fall spraying despite calling and scheduling one.  In past would call and leave message for service and never get a call back.  Wouldn't use again.
