"Overall my experience with this company was great! The work that was done was really really good! Our contractor who assisted us was Jose. We added a living space and master bedroom to our home. The additions done look as if they were part of my house this whole time. Honestly it looks way better than I expected. The only reason I rated the company a 4.5 was because there was always some kind of miscommunication between our contractor and his workers. Don t get me wrong, things were always resolved, Jose was great at that. But my recommendation to is to make sure communication is #1. That way the customer is not confused or left wondering what will happen next. There was an issue with his floor guy though, he was rude and unprofessional. BUT the reason I am mentioning this is not to put down the company but let you know that we expressed concern for this issue and it was resolved professionally by Jose and it never became an issue again. The quality of work was top notch! His workers were all pretty cool guys and we always felt comfortable of who was coming into our home to do the work. I highly recommend this company for your next big project😊👍🏼"

"Chris and his crew were AMAZING. On time and under budget are myths in construction. Chris is a unicorn! We accomplished both. Not only did they do impeccable work, the site (our home) was left clean every day, Chris was incredibly proactive with all communication the entire time, and they were all super kind, considerate, and respectful. We never had to wonder what was going on and spoke about changes before running into dilemmas. We will hire them for all our construction needs (and have had them back a few times- no job is too small or big for them). I would give them 10 stars if I could. TOTALLY recommend"

"We hired GWC (Gary Ward Contractor) to remodel our beachside efficiency condo in Long Beach, CA, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Gary completely transformed our compact space—gutting everything but the bathroom—and brought our vision to life with precision and craftsmanship. Working with our designer and architect, Gary opened up the main living area and installed a stunning, multifunctional Murphy bed system from Resource Furniture (Italy). It doubles as a desk and TV station by day and converts to a bed at night. To offset the loss of closet space, he built a gorgeous custom wardrobe with drawers, plus a built-in refrigerator that blends seamlessly into the cabinetry. He also handcrafted all the kitchen cabinets, installed quartzite countertops, a designer backsplash, new sink and faucet, and repainted the entire unit with great attention to detail. Gary’s work was impeccable—every line aligned, every feature functional. He navigated the complexities of working in a historic 1927 building with experience and care. We always felt he was committed to getting it right. We’d gladly hire GWC again and recommend him without hesitation.
