"Loved the work from Kyle from Integrity 1st Remodeling. He framed around all my windows and doors inside after a poorly done window/door replacement. He didn't just frame but for my front room picture window and entry door, he crafted a beautiful (and matching) reformation. I had intended to put my drapes back up but after seeing what he did, I couldn't cover the window with drapes again. I'm doing inside widow frame treatment so the framework shows. It brightens the room and his design gives it character. He's willing to hear your thoughts and work with you and you just don't see that too often any more. I would absolutely feel comfortable recommending him! "

"We were told we were getting insulated windows (Addison Plus) but got Addison Lite which is a lower grade of windows. Being a consumer we don't know the names of these windows & the windows we got are more drafty than what they took out. We've had service out several times & said everything is good just not insulated. When we contacted sales Lisa sent us a nasty response saying this is what you got & I will not be responding to any other emails or phone calls. I've called Corporate several times & no help, they just keep sending service out."

"Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here."

"We went here to pick out granite surfaces for a new walk-in shower in the master BR...bench tops, soap shelf tops, window sill and curb sill. Everything went fine at the store. Things fell apart after that. Deadlines weren't met...repeatedly, deadlines they set. Expectations they set went unmet. Communication was poor. If something is wrong just tell me. I can deal with that. Fortunately our contractor did the work of communicating with them and making things happen...finally! Probably a good thing it wasn't me.Don't keep telling me what you think I want to hear and completely destroy your credibility with lousy performance. In the end, we got the project done and are fairly certain about what happened. Not going to share that because I am not completely sure. However, we are absolutely certain that we'll never do business with this company again. We would encourage you to look elsewhere. This product is expensive. Choose wisely. There are plenty of options out there."
