I called them last night and they were here this morning ready to get started. After the install, I didn’t know how to work the frame with all of my new features. They took the time to go over the instructions with me and made sure that I was very comfortable using it before they left. However, three weeks passed without any confirmation of a new start date, further reinforcing my suspicion of a scam. I requested a refund, which they assured me would be processed, but more than a month has gone by with no refund. This company is a scam, and I have disputed the charge with my bank, hoping for resolution and peace of mind."
