"This company did amazing work on the condo that needed a lot done. The kitchen was so dated - he came up with the idea to do concrete countertops, and then pick up the gray in the concrete with the paint on the cabinets and the grout on the subway tile. He also replaced counter tops in the bathrooms, totally redid the main bathroom, replaced all flooring except two bedrooms and hall (he found a carpet guy that did a really nice job). "Tex-Sun Exteriors screened in my patio September 2021. Tim came out measured our patio area and made some suggestions on the area to be screened in. He said he would email me the quote with a diagram of work to be performed. We were excited after receiving the quote from Tex-Sun Exteriors. We immediately agreed on their pricing and signed the contract. Tim stayed in touch with us during the order of materials and estimated time of installation. Once all materials were delivered to Tex-Sun Exteriors Tim called and said installation would start on Thursday morning. Tim and Steve showed up promptly on Thursday and completed the project on Friday by noon. Both of these men were very professional and courteous. If we could give Tex-Sun Exterior 10 stars we would.
