"As a real estate agent - I am always looking for reliable vendors to help me with my client's needs. Trevor and his crew have always been professional and easy to work with. I have used them in my personal home as well. I highly recommend them for all of your construction needs!"

"Pablo is the best contractor I have ever hired in my life (age 67). He gave reasonable estimates in a extremely professional way. His subcontractors to do the tiling and excavation did perfect work done expeditiously. They were no nonsense but very friendly and were frankly, a joy to have around the house. My bathroom belongs in a design magazine. In the lifetime I have left, I will hire Pablo and Simplicity Construction for any construction job for everything this house needs. He is also a terrific guy. On time, within budget, beautiful work, friendly and dependable work. What else is left?"

"Alex did a good job. He removed the old tile that was cracked and installed new. Great job of communicating. Floor looks great. Cleaned up the dust and debris afterwards. Very pleased with his work."

"Ferentino Design did a great with our bathroom remodels. They followed the scope of work from start to finish and delivered a great finished product. They met the time line and their sub contractors are outstanding. We are very pleased with the finished product. I highly recommend using them."

"The project team was extremely easy to work. Communication was daily and responses were always quick and clear. The team was able to complete the project in 7 weeks while in the midst of the highest point of the coronavirus pandemic. They were prompt onsite every morning and courteous to any needs or changes that we had. The overall price was right in line with what is to be expected and any changes were easily worked into a formal change order for documentation. This was a great group to work with and I would easily hire again for any type of drywall, remodel, painting or other type of major house work."

"Oscar and his team did an AWESOME job! They are professional and craftsmanship is excellent. They tiled a kitchen wall and also corrected the tile work of a contractor in a bathroom remodel. In both instances the final product far exceeded my expectations on how tile can transform a room. I’m so thankful to him for his quality service!"
