He was calm and understanding, and offered many choices of solutions. He built a very strong and beautiful replacement. He even made it wider with more concrete footings. He also added several (22) bolts through the fascia and into the house (finished basement, that he had to cut into the ceiling to repair…can’t even tell it was done from inside!
