His price was a lot more reasonable than other quotes I got. also was able to get project done the same week as quote where others were scheduling 1 to 2 weeks out. despite the supply house delivering the boiler late ( Joe stayed in contact advising progress) He still was able to complete the work when he said he would. "When they called (after I assume HomeAdvisor contacted them), I was told it would cost $89 to come out to give me an estimate. I had no problem with that but tried to get some rough estimate on how much a straightforward replacement of faucet would cost - but no estimate. When the plumber arrived, he first tried to get me to join some membership in order to get some percentage reduction in the cost (but I still had no idea of that cost). Bottom line was that the cost was over $600 for one hour of work. I will add that the plumber did an excellent job so I have no issues with their work. It is more about how they charge for their work. Next time, I will either find someone that is willing to charge by the hour or is willing to provide free estimates."

"Thank you to Keith who promptly called the first night I made the inquiry to Sandi who arranged everything to Eugene and Ryan who came out to repair leaking pipes on the water filtration system and replace the kitchen faucet on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule! They were very kind and professional. Eugene and Ryan did an amazing job. They had to cut out and replace brass fittings and pex piping, replace the shut-off valve and replace the kitchen faucet. "I was getting limited water from the well to my house. The pump is original to the house, so is 25 years old, so I figured it was the pump failing. They came out and did a test on the pump and concluded it was the pump and the well was fine. They pulled the pump and installed a new one with NEW wiring, which they asked me if I wanted and I said YES. They then chlorinated the well and left me easy instructions on what to do after that to assure that I had clean/safe water to my house. Which really required me to wait a period of time, run the water from the bottom of the well tank to outside until clear of dirt and smell.
