"We recently decided to replace our aging deck with a Stamp Crete patio. After the first quote we received we decided to get another. We met with Tony Micale, the owner of Distinctive Stone & Concrete, and discussed what we had in mind and needed to provide a project that would fulfill those needs. Tony made some suggestions and we incorporated them into our ideas and decided to go forward with the project. We were impressed from start to finish with this company. They were on time, professional, neat and most importantly very knowledgeable. The project was completed on schedule. The owner was here several times during the day to check on the progress. We were impressed how his team worked together, only pros could work that way. "I had my driveway redone with new asphalt about a year and a half ago so this was the first coat of seal to be put on. When I first talked to Scott he wanted to wait until he got more tar in his barrel before he came out to do the job. He didn't want to run out. The driveway would soak in a lot as it was the first seal. I like that he didn't take that chance. When they did come they showed up a little before the time he told me. We walked through and I asked them to overlap a little onto the concrete of the garage door opening. and also around the iris's ( I had cleared out any grass or weeds there the night before) that had grown very close to the asphalt. They did an outstanding job!!!! I had even paid him when they were about 1/4th done as I had to leave for work. When I got home I was very pleased with the job they done. Scott and his helper are very good, even using a paint brush to do around the foundation and porch so as not to get the tar there. I highly recommend them and will call him again when it's time for another coat. See photos below."

"John came out to our home and gave us an estimate within a half hour of our initial phone call. I had checked around, and the price he bid seemed reasonable. His crew started work the very next morning, ripping out the old floor, disposing of it, and prepping the ground for the new floor. They also stabilized and repositioned a couple of places where the walls had started to bulge out. They poured the concrete on Day 2, and on Day 3, came back and cut the expansion joints. John kept us appraised of the work throughout Days 1 and 2. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and skilled. I would not use anyone else for future concrete work. The only downside was that our asphalt driveway did take a little bit of a hit from the weight of the concrete truck. Alas."

He and his crew we’re kind, hard-working, meticulous, and very thorough. He does great work for an amazing price as well! They put down protective coverings on all floor surfaces leading up from the basement and out the front door.
