"Ruslan was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and suggested a couple courses of action which one was to get a new oven. I will call on FIX UFA again to install the part I need."

"Vitalii is super knowledgeable, professional, courteous and reliable! He quickly diagnosed our dryer issue. Fortunately had the parts on-hand, so he was able to service it immediately! Never needed appliance servicing before, and this was an all around pleasant experience! Definitely giving them a call if we need them in the future again."
