"Fantastic! I got new hardwood floors done by Otto hardwood floors. The results are remarkable. This company is the best. They are very professional and dedicated to the job. The owner has great communication skills. He made sure I knew and understood everything that he will be doing to my floors. He help me decided what was the best type of flooring for my house and provided me with all colors sample on the floor before I chosed. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to wood, vinyl, and laminate, His price are very reasonable actually the best in town. He makes sure you are happy when the job is complete. The owner also took the time to show us how to care for our hardwood floors. I cannot say enough about this company. They are 100% the best in everything. If you are looking to have your hardwood floors refinishing, fixed, or just need to get new hardwood floors I highly recommend this company. You will be glad you did. My floors look great. If I ever need to redo my hardwood floors I will definitely use this company again."

"I know Empire hires many sub-contractors to complete the contract in the 1 day policy . I hired them for a Naghbor that is bed ridden. They tried to talk her into canceling the contract,stating that the flooring was inferior for her Needs. Too cheap, thin & flimsy. She has 2 grown children that are lazy. Their dog is the reason needing new flooring. I personally did 90% of the demo & rehab the sub- flooring just for that reason. The installers just needed to do 1 room. I suspected they didn't want to handle the removal of carpet/padding.The dog was not a factor in that area. They did the job & she is happy with it. I'm not happy w/their work ethic & customer service. Don' lie to get out of a job, suck it up or just quit."

"Octavian went above and beyond to work with our family who needed to live in the house while having floors replaced. He researched how to store furniture for us and went out of his w to help us accomplish this goal. It was like working with someone from your own family that you like. His team was very friendly and worked well together. Octavian help me decide which flooring to choose over a couple of patterns. We chose a light wood pattern & a darker wood for 1 room with the "LifeProof" brand flooring. The floors look amazing and truly seems to be waterproof. It's also scratch resistant which is great since we have many dogs. A note about the product itself you actually can scratch it if you move a piece of furniture that's too heavy with like a metal corner so it's best to move anything heavy over it on a packing blanket. But with regular wear and tear it's a real solid product. From start to finish Octavian was friendly, attentive to our needs, and quick to respond."
