"Our designer (Ellie Dees) did a fantastic job with the redesign. Her design showed us how much more space we can have with our walk-in closet. Easy access to everything. The professionals came to work as scheduled and followed Ellie’s design to its fullest. All the cutting was done outside and all the build took about 2.5 hours. Afterwards, they cleaned up their mess both inside and outside where they cut the materials. Our closet never looked so good since we’ve been here. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you!"

"Scott Sowder and his company were a joy to work with.  I was redecorating my condo and needed to replace the ugly old vertical blinds with new window treatments on 5 windows/doors in four different rooms, including two sets of large sliding glass doors. He came to my condo with samples and helped me pick the best options (which turned out to be two different types of window shades, some with black-out backing).  These are very sturdy shades and I felt the pricing was very competitive.  He and his assistant were extremely responsive, including working with me to change the date of installation when a conflict arose, and also making a second trip to my place to adjust one of the shades that had a sort of design flaw (no fault of Scott's).  I would certainly work with them again. <br />"

".Prior to settling on AGS we had visited many other companies.  It was the people at the company that made us choose them. Our AGS journey was long - almost a year. The majority of the delay was due to a family situation. This was compounded by our initial cabinet choice being discontinued; then our second choice being discontinued; our third choice wasn't available in the finish we wanted - finally the forth choice worked. The company did not charge us for the upgraded cabinets we finally ended up getting. <br /> The designer / sales rep was Bill and he did a good job in translating our wishes into a finished project. The project manager was Shane Kennedy and he did a marvelous job with the work. The quality of the work is excellent. All of the company employees (Roland with Granite; Martin and Bob with finishing toches; Shane with floor tile and back splash) were easy to work with; professional; knowledgeable; accommodating; and went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted. AGS uses a number of sub-contractors and they all did a good job - the flooring guy was excellent.  <br /> Overall the communication with the company was decent - but with room for improvement. The pace of work at times was aggravating - trying to schedule sub-contractors; working so many jobs at once; and weather issues lead to many days of inactivity. Start to finish took 3 months. They did their best to get us a functioning kitchen - at about the 6 to 8 week mark.  <br /> We plan to use them again in a few months to redo the upstairs bathrooms - what better recommendation can I make. <br />"

After purchasing a fair priced television cabinet and <br /> jewelry armoire from them, we knew we liked their style, speed and PROFESSIONALISM. So, we chose to use <br /> the Creative <br /> Design Team to get custom window treatments for our two large sliding <br /> glass doors. They are patient designers that waited until I truly loved the <br /> decision that we all came up with. Marya said, “I want you to LOVE it, not just live with it.” They <br /> ended up designing a corniced top with pinched pleated draperies with banding <br /> that matched the cornices perfectly.
