"Kraig Brown will be our brick-and-mortar guy for life! He's true to his words and if he'll say he will be there to help you, he will! We had an extensive water leak in, and around our chimney. A number of people helped us to where the bricks were caulked 3X, so rain will not come in anymore, the last caulking worked but we can still see daylight from inside looking at where the fireplace was at. We had to have fireplace taken out and 95% of the wall taken out. Kraig came by after his job at the Fort and came back the next day after his job at the Fort. He mortared the brick inside. Then went outside and painstakingly took ALL the caulk out from top of chimney down and painstakingly mortared the brick (especially where he saw "breaks" or hole, all around the chimney.... again, top to bottom! Kraig is very patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. He sure is an expert on brick work! Thank you very much Kraig."
