They came out and took a look at what we were looking to have done, and said they would get an estimate written up. We waited. No estimate arrived. We called, but there was no answer. Left a message, but they left us hanging. It has been several months now, and we still never received an estimate, or even any contact to let us know they were no longer interested in the job. "Emil came out to evaluate what needed to be done.  He was timely ( actually early) for the appt.  which was refreshing.  He worked up and estimate and notified us of the estimate. The work was completed as quoted.  We were out of town at  the time.  There was some trash left in yard and some dirt was moved away from the wall area and not replaced, leaving catch basin for rain to reach the interior wall of garage.  But I took care of that myself.  To be fair to the workers - it was the hottest two days of July. <br />"

"B-Dry did an excellent job. Ed was so wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and professional. This is a second home for us so we couldn't be there while the work was getting done. He really cared about getting the job done correctly and went above and beyond by checking on the house before they could start and sending me lots of pictures. He notified us when he discovered additional problems (and solved several without charging extra). They started on time and finished on schedule. Having a wet basement is awful and stressful. Ed made it better. I highly recommend B-Dry."
