"The lead person was late the first day to go over the project and never saw him again. I didn't know who was coming or when. The workers sheet was not the same information that I has signed for. They didn't speak English and had to call someone every time I had a question. Another issue was when the workers manager came out and used wood from what looked like another project. The workers didn't have enough material on their truck to finish the project. Thinking back, the project seemed like someone trying to get over on the elderly and express that to Roof Repair Pros manager. He reduced the price $100. I told him the service was bad."
