Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. "Hired for a complete master bath remodel. Enjoyed the whole experience and love the products used. One area of improvement is having the installer and the PM really understand the product and how to install them for a unique situation. We wanted the stone panel to transition from shower to tub surround as seamlessly as possible. Once they started, we realized they needed to go around a wall corner they could not take out (we were hoping to make wall flush). The completed corner is not as seamless as I would have liked it and we could have made a better call if everyone knew the best way to treat the product. Overall though, we love the master bath!"
