"Very professional, honest, Reasonable and communicative company. Did a great job installing my new tankless water heater. I have also hired them in the past to install water softener, also got the same great service. And they also maintain these systems."

"I had a terrific experience with the team at Heart HVAC & Plumbing. I needed my tankless water heater to be flushed and a faucet to be fixed. I must have stumbled across an old coupon that was missing some verbiage as there was some confusion from the techs. They handled the situation with class and agreed to honor the dated offer. The techs were professional and did great work. I would not hesitate to hire Heart again."

"Very professional and knowledgeable about water heaters."

"Robert called, asked questions, and listened to the issue I was having with my water heater. His first comment was "maybe we can fix it." Given that the water heater is 13 years old, I was doubtful, but I appreciated that attitude, rather than assuming it was hopeless. He gave me a rough estimate on the phone and texted me information to get back to him. As a new(er) homeowner, I wasn't immediately sure of what to look for when hiring a plumbing company. As I developed more questions, regarding licensing, certifcation, etc, Robert was patient and responsive to all of my questions. Brian was able to come over at 6pm the same day. He came in, looked at the situation, and we developed a plan for replacing the water heater in the morning. But as we talked, it kicked in and we realized it still worked, so no repair was needed! Neither Brian nor Robert pressured us to replace the water heater, once we determined it was working. I appreciate their responsiveness, patience, and candor!"

"Jim did a great job installing my water heater. He also repaired a washer leak and water connectors. I would highly recommend him. He was fair and reasonable, high ethical standards. I certainly will call him again if I have a problem. Thank you Jim......"

"If you’re looking for someone you can actually trust, Isaiah is the person to call. From the moment he arrived, it was obvious he genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision, not just making a sale. He took the time to educate me on my options for a whole home water filtration system and a tankless water heater, explaining the pros and cons of each without ever making me feel pressured. What impressed me most was how kind, honest, and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire process. He was the only contractor who took the time to truly educate me instead of just giving me a quote. I walked away feeling informed, cared for, and confident that I was making the best decision for my home. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine care for their customers. Isaiah is truly one of a kind, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for honest, client first service."
