"This company did a great job putting in our back yard vinyl fence. They did the work in one day, and it looks great. We are very happy with the fence. They cleaned up all the work materials and were very polite and easy to work with. Shawn came out and inspected the fence and kept in touch with us during the whole project. "Communication was a problem. No one contacted me after I told them I wanted to hire them. Then their team shows up at the property on Memorial Day with no notice and they tore out one fence without my permission - my tenant called me around 9am. Long story short - I demanded a 10% reduction on price due to the awful communications and going to the property and rippping out fencing without any notice or permission to do so. The work was very good. I was told that a there was confusion and missed communication because one of their teams was quarantined with covid19 and it threw the company into chaos trying to complete projects and stay on schedule."
