When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! The wood was as good as wood gets these days. The fence was hand-assembled. The work was good and completed in a timely fashion. Glitches that did come up were addressed. The workers corrected mistakes we pointed out to the owner. Our one problem was that when we called about some warping of the wood on the gates months later, our call was not returned. The warping resolved on its own, but it was irksome not to get that callback."
