"I usually don't write reviews but Eugene went above and beyond as he helped me with the insurance claim, answered every question and addressed any concerns. Every review mentions Eugene because you are dealing with the owner and not just some sales rep. In one day his crew replaced my roof, replaced two skylights and installed new gutter guards. They worked like a well-oiled machine and did a great job. If you need a new roof, stop wasting your time searching for roofing companies and just give Eugene a call. P.S. When deciding on the best shingle color, make sure you first see the big samples in person. I almost ended up with a "blue" roof even though the color I had originally picked was gray. Here’s were Eugene saved the day for me by stopping by with samples and showing me how gray can sometimes look blue."

"Infinity Exteriors did an excellent job replacing my roof. They did the following: Tore down two courses of asphalt shingles Removed an obsolete metal chimney used for furnace. Replaced with roof decking Replaced bathroom vent and piping Added ice shield to prevent ice damns Replaces damaged rotted plywood reshingled with Certantee 50 rated shingles Infinity was incredibly fast and accurate with their services. The kept work side clean and tarped roof when rain came. Total job took about 8 hours over 2 days. Very fast and efficient. Would recommend"

"August 25, 2019 Guardian Roofing Systems LLC Very accommodating, professional, great customer service, they kept us updated on the progress through completion. FLAT / LOW SLOPE ROOF SYSTEM TEAR OFF AND REPLACEMENT I represent an owner occupied 3 story condo association/ building. After learning that we needed to replace our roof as soon as possible, we immediately sought estimates and/or proposals for the job. At the last minute, I decided that a fourth estimate through Home Advisor couldnâ t hurt. I knew that Home Advisor would have already conducted the initial vetting process which would save us time in choosing a roofing contractor. After providing the preliminary information on the Home Advisor website, I was contacted by a representative from Guardian Roofing Systems who came out to our building and conducted an assessment. An estimate was provided the same day for a Flat/Low Slope Roof System Tear Off and Replacement. The representative informed me that we needed a lot of work done but could only give a preliminary estimate because tear off was needed to reveal the true extent of damage. Also, the project manager for Guardian stated the project would only take two days (unbelievable, the other 3 roofing proposals indicated the job would take 5-6 days to complete). Guardian presented us with two proposals, we choose the one we could afford. On Wednesday, August 21, 219 our roof replacement project began, equipment was dropped off the day before. The Guardian work crew arrived very early, ready to work each day. The crew started immediately around 7:30AM and worked until after 7:00PM, until tear off was completed. The first day was devoted to tearing off the old roof that had multiple layers, and the second day involved new roof stellation, chimney repairs, and clean-up. The project was completed Thursday evening at about 6:00 PM, August 22, 2019. A couple of unit owners on the top floors of our building were initially concerned about the impact to their unit during the project. Their concerns were addressed immediately, and they were informed that there would be little to not impact to their units, and there was not. The project was completed on time (Guardian had 15 roofers/workmen dedicated to the job, not including the project manager who was on site both days to address any questions or concerns). Pics where shared throughout the process; in fact, we received 30 pics from start to finish that showed every step of the process, including live video of work being done. After completion, the crew cleaned up debris and bricks around and inside our building. No signs of construction could be detected. We were very pleased with the level of professionalism demonstrated by Guardian throughout the process. Con: We were concerned about the debris flying off the top of the building during the initial tear off phase of the project, that included a few loose bricks from the chimney. The workers were hurling debris into the dumpsters below. This was unsettling for residents at home during this process. We should have been told prior to work commencing, to stay clear of back entrances and exits during the tear off process. We were only told to refrain from using our rear parking lot to accommodate dumpsters. Otherwise, we highly recommend Guardian Roofing Systems for your roofing project. "Bob the Builder Inc. is an excellent company. They are professional and do outstanding work. Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. Their crew quickly and thoroughly gave me a new roof, gutters, vents and a solar attic fan. I was impressed how clean they left my property everything was hauled away. I would not hesitate to use them again in fixing or remodeling my home."

"We were very pleased with A&D Exteriors. We got estimates from 3 potential roofers. A&D offered a lot of services and material for a very competitive price. Gene, our project manager, did not try to oversell us or scare us into more than we needed. He kept us apprised of steps in the process, especially when weather delayed our date. Excellent communication! We had checked out the ratings of the the 2 different shingle manufacturers they offered as well as a third offered by one of the other roofing companies. We found A & D offered high quality material. We easily made decisions about various options and signed the contract. They pulled the permits and our installation went very smoothly, taking only one day. No money was required until the project was completed. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They were extra careful with the plantings around the house, protecting everything, and meticulous in the clean-up. The workers were very professional, friendly and made sure ask for my opinion where able (i.e. Which wood surface to show on posts - smooth or rough). They cleaned up everything when done. My only advice for improvement would be responding more attentively and quickly for estimates and quotes."
