"We had a piece of aluminum fascia trim blown off the front of our house in the recent high winds. The piece that fell to the ground needed to be replaced since it was bent up. There was also a section of fascia by the garage that needed to be re-positioned and secured, along with another small section of trim that needed to be re-secured under the siding above the garage. Austin got us a quote quickly after Paul took a look in person, and the we were scheduled within a few days to have the work done. We opted for the more expensive option of replacing the entire gable trim so it matched better instead of just the one piece. Paul did a great, efficient job in the cold and windy weather. He's a nice professional person to work with."

They removed all old siding and stucco and replaced it with siding, also installed new gutters and soffit. "Ten Home was great from quote to finish. Tom is a very professional and nice guy. I was offsite and he kept me updated on the work through texts and photos. I m selling a house that was being rented for the last 5 years. They did a lot for me: replaced some rotting wood on and painted an entire garage: replaced, fixed and secured some wood on and stained a deck: painted the railings on the front porch: painted the wood below 5 storm windows: painted the wood between 3 storm windows that hadn t been removed in over 30 years and then put the windows back in place: they tested and ultimately replaced a GFCI outlet in the bathroom along with securing the vanity to the wall. "James was great. Instead of just patching things up, he got to the root of the leaks we'd been experiencing, and uncovered shoddy workmanship from previous repairs. He was very persistent about making sure the leak was resolved before patching the damage the leaks had caused.  (He found sheetrock and old rags used as patching materials from previous work!)
He removed all the old / rotted trim and decking on our balcony, repaired the balcony railing, faithfully restored the tin soffit under the second-floor gutter system (going out of his way to find suitable galvinized tin); and he replaced all the mouldings, even painstakingly trimming them to match the original materials. His attention to detail is well appreciated, and the finished work looks great.
Only one drawback: Since James typically works alone, his schedule is a bit unpredictable. If there was rain in the forecast, he would take another, interior job for the day.  Then, even if it didn't actually rain, my job got held off.  So the whole job took a couple weeks longer than we'd planned.
But in the end, James brought in a helper and got everything done in time for painters to come in an do the finish work.
