"I usually don't write reviews but Eugene went above and beyond as he helped me with the insurance claim, answered every question and addressed any concerns. Every review mentions Eugene because you are dealing with the owner and not just some sales rep. In one day his crew replaced my roof, replaced two skylights and installed new gutter guards. They worked like a well-oiled machine and did a great job. If you need a new roof, stop wasting your time searching for roofing companies and just give Eugene a call. P.S. When deciding on the best shingle color, make sure you first see the big samples in person. I almost ended up with a "blue" roof even though the color I had originally picked was gray. Here’s were Eugene saved the day for me by stopping by with samples and showing me how gray can sometimes look blue."

"We started the process of gathering quotes for a new roof last fall after a leak developed during a downpour. We called an Architect friend we’ve used in the past for his recommendation. Called that company and they showed up within the hour and did a temporary fix. We asked them for a quote to replace our 25 year old shingles. it was quite an eye opener. “How much?” We then asked a neighbor who just had their home done the year before and who is also in the building/construction business who they used. We called and was told “We don’t do residental anymore”. We asked who they would recommend and tried to contact that company only to find out their phone number was no longer in service. Had a few quotes from companies mentioned on NextDoor. Received three quotes very similar in price to each other and about 50% less than that first company. Now it was late November and we had to wait until spring hoping the temporary fix gets us through. Spring: Decided to get one more estimate because we weren’t getting the best vibe from the other three. We contacted Berg Home Improvements through their website and Nick called us almost immediately. Nick, who is very knowledgeable, has been a pleasure to work with through all phases of the process. We were giving a long list of Berg Home Improvement roof installations in and around Downers Grove which really helped in deciding what color would look the best on our home. Nick’s quote was in the same ballpark as the other three. Our new Berg roof was installed a few days ago. It looks fantastic! We are so very happy with how smooth it all went. A first rate crew with attention to detail. The clean-up was impeccable. A local company that has been in the business for over 60 years and of course there was Nick who made it all happen. "I contacted Infinity Exteriors after a small leak appeared in our ~25 year old roof during a recent rain storm. Their representative, Ricky, arrived within 2 days to evaluate the situation and, after a thorough examination of both the exterior and interior structure of the roof, gave me the option to either patch the area causing the leak, together with another area with distorted shingles, or to replace the roof entirely. Given the age of the roof, I elected to proceed with the whole roof replacement and also had them install new gutter guards which I had been planning to replace in any case. Since I had an active leak, the roof replacement was scheduled for less than than 2 weeks after the initial contact. The entire process was very impressive. The roofing crew arrived as expected at 7:00 AM and immediately got to work, the dumpster and materials arrived within the next 2 hours, the original roof was stripped soon after noon. Several roof boards were replaced, a new water diverting "cricket" built above the chimney, new shingles and new chimney flashing installed and the work site thoroughly cleaned up by 8:00 PM the same day. I observed an outstanding work ethic from everyone on the crew. Gutter Guards were installed a few days later in a process that took less than 2 hours and a final inspection took place the day after that. Communication by phone and email throughout the entire process with both Ricky and the Project Manager, Jim, was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Exteriors and would definitely use them again."

We could not be happier with the outcome of the entire project this company has done for us! They replaced the Roof on our home & shed with GAF HDZ Shingles in a beautiful Charcoal, also replaced our Soffit, Fascia and Gutters. This company also has redesigned and replaced the entire deck with TREX composite decking, and they also painted the garage, front & back door. "In May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!"
