"I needed a small repair job on wood laminate. Most companies I talked to didn’t want to bother unless I was replacing the entire floor. Rustic Flooring ( Marcel ) came out , sent his craftsmen out and did the job beautifully!!! They are skillful, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Marcel and his team."

"We had Chris, Tom and the team refinish all of our hardwood floors. The team did an amazing - in a time when it can be difficult to communicate with contractors or get a call back - I was thoroughly impressed with the level of communication throughout the entire process and updates on how things were coming along. They made every effort to make the process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We completely changed the color of our floors and it looks as though they were always this color!! The harshest of critics has yet to find something they missed. They were even able to replace planks where a wall once was - there is no way anyone can tell that those pieces of flooring are new to the house. They are true masters of their craft and artists! Would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"George and his team were excellent! The cost and time to finish were very close to his estimate. We had asked for additional work to be done and his price was very reasonable and he easily adapted to what we wanted to do. He had a team that specialized in wood floors, banisters and door installations. They started and finished the job without interruption working 9am-5pm. They are very hard workers with attention to detail. Floors, baseboards, banisters, spindles, trim, closets, doors all looked perfect and many great suggestions were made by the owner along the way. George has been in the business for many years and has a very positive and friendly personality. This makes it easier for the homeowners like us to have dreams become a reality. I walk in my house now and it feels totally new!! I only wish we had more rooms for them to work on. I am sure you will be very satisfied by the excellent work Superior Hardwood Flooring provides!"

"ReDesign should be your go to company for your flooring needs. We had flooring installed in our first floor over a year ago and within months the flooring began to fail. I brought ReDesign in for a repair quote and they pointed out the incorrect preparation of the subfloor which was causing the vinyl flooring failure. They provided a quote to replace the flooring that was very competitive and showed me all the mistakes made during the first installation while performing the work. They even pointed out the mistake made in laying out the planks. The pattern of the blanks now are amazing. This company is fair, trustworthy, and true craftsmen. I have complete confidence this floor will maintain its structure and beauty for a long time. If you are like me and have zero knowledge of flooring, ReDesign should be your choice! You can trust them to exceed your project goals!"

"Ceaser and his brother were amazing! Another flooring vendor dropped the ball, and they were able to step in and get the job done in just three days - quote, sample and installation. They were very professional, responsive and kept us updated on the progress and status of the job. They jumped through hoops to make this happen for my parents, and we all couldn't be happier. Ceaser even went out of his way to my parents' current home to personally thank them. He even climbed up on the tractor to shake my dad's hand when the job was complete. Even though they are in northern Illinois, I know I will be recommending them to anyone who has a remodeling or flooring job. Thank you!"

"Chuck and his team perform great customer service! Chuck met with me and my wife to help us pick out the right flooring. We couldn't initially find the right style and material. Chuck found another product that was perfect for us and he did it all within a day of his first presentation. The pricing was great compared to a few other estimates I received. His team showed up on time and got a living room , a hallway, and 3 bedrooms completed in just 2 days. They even took apart several of the beds quickly and put them back together. It looks amazing and we can't recommend Chuck/Floor Tailor enough!"

"I had Adrian, the owner of MCraft, install wood on my second floor and I could not be more impressed with the experience. He was professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain the type of wood being used and walked us through the entire process. He even provided samples of the different stains we wanted to have on our floor, allowing us to choose the perfect color for our space. He was always punctual and when leaving ensured the area was clean. In moving our furniture prior to/ after the job he was always careful. Instead of hurrying through the sanding process he took his time. It was a time consuming process requiring many different levels of sanding and it was clear he was not trying to rush the job. I was so impressed with the results that I hired him again to refinish my first floor. If you are looking for a professional, reliable and skillful contractor do not hesitate to contact Adrian."

"I found this company on Angie's list. I'm very happy with the job Chris had done for us. I would recommend Schroeder for flooring!"

"My initial experience was positive. The salesperson was very helpful and I chose carpeting that was reasonable for my budget. The installers were punctual and courteous. However, the price in the store for my carpeting was incorrect, and when it came time to pay, the salesperson was pretty rude when I demanded the price that was on the sample in the store. He even refused to let me talk to his boss. After speaking with another salesperson, I was given the price that was in the store and a credit for the extra labor for stairs, which was nice. I'm not totally pleased with the installation. There are air pockets and bumps all over the place, and when I went back to the store, I was told to try sticking pins in the air pockets and if that didn't work, they would come pull up the carpet. I just don't feel like dealing with them anymore, so I'll probably just accept all the imperfections because I don't want to turn my basement upside down to fix them.
