"I’m happy with the service and results"

"I was 100% satisfied with the work Jesse and his crew did on our house. I got 8 quotes and he was the 2nd lowest. We have a problem with moss and snow collecting on one area of the roof. He had cost effective solutions for both problems. The work was completed on time, at price agreed on and clean-up was perfect. I recommend without any hesitation."

"I would never use him again. He says he has done this for so many years. Because I didn't let him come into my house, he was offended. He was supposed to fix the roof, not come in. I was just getting home. I thought he was going to go ahead and tell me what he had to do. But he wanted me to contract to do more work. I said, "Well, why don't you just go ahead and do the things that I paid for?" He said to me, "I'm not afraid to get up on the roof." "That's what I paid for. You're the roofer." I was outside, working. That was another problem. So I didn't come back in the house. I went around the front of my yard. He went up the ladder. I think I was on my knees and before I came back he was gone. So I don't know what he did up there. That was kind of upsetting. One good thing about the roofer that did the roof this time was, he stood in the yard, backed up in the yard and said, "Don't you know the shingles are missing right here?" Why didn't the other gentleman tell me that? So I wouldn't use him. I just don't trust him. He was friendly, just pushy. The price was great. But did I get what I wanted? I don't know. I don't think so. You can't work like that in five minutes. I told him to come at a certain time because I would be gone and he came before I got here. I would tell a friend that you have to sort of know what price it should be because for what he said needed to be done, he charged more for them than they really cost."

"I have used Matt a few times and as always he has done exceptional work. He was carefull not to damage my shingles when removing the snow from my roof. Very easy to work with, great prices and will continue to use him in the future.

"My roof project was more complicated than anticipated- they has to remove an extra layer of shingles, and repair squirrel damage. They were very conscientious & thorough in their work (completed summer 2021)"

"I renewed my memership with Angie's List and looked for chimney repairers I needed one near Jamstown, Ny.
I called Exteriors by Maria and talked to a Mr. Robert Russo he happened to be doing a chimney job that same day only a few miles from my house. He said, he could stop by after his job and look at the chimney it was the same thing as the job he was just on...
Mr. Robert Russo fixed my chimney with  fiberglass stucco the next day.
It took him and his crew only four hours to put the fiberglass stucco on from top to bottom on my chimney..
He said when I get home from work  the chimney will be done he delivered on his promise....
The cost  was $1000 it was much better than having the chimney completely ripped up and replaced for probably $7000 and up.
The fierglass stucco hardened after 48 hours and my chimney looks better than it ever did....
He had a booklet  showing other jobs he had done from floor tiles, roofing, gutter drains, windows replacements his crew are the complete package for housing needs from the roof to the foundation....
I will call him for other household repairs down the road....
He works all over  from Buffalo,NY,Ohio and Jamestown NY and other places...
Thank you ....Mr.Robert Russo from Exteriors by MariaRepair chimney....
