Rich Dunne was very responsive when issues arose and made accommodations when requested. We decided at the last minute to replace our roof windows. Didn't even get a quote before-hand - we were that comfortable we were not going to be gouged. And we weren't. I carefully reviewed work as it was performed and found it to be truly quality work. By the way - we had many estimates but Rich was the one we chose because there was no guesswork. No speculation. Worst case scenario price was provided. "The day after discovering two leaks in our house (one of which happened to be dripping onto our bed) Carlos responded to my repair request immediately AND agreed to come out same day. I'd already had 3 other companies tell me they wouldn't work on my cedar shake roof AND they were booked out for weeks. Carlos and his father Ahmed arrived on time, and after showing them the leaks and the house, they promptly hopped up on to the roof and took thorough photos and explained what was happening. I could see the issues easily with literally zero roofing knowledge. They told me what materials I needed and the cost which was reasonable. They returned in a couple days with the materials, fixed several issues in a few short hours and the leaks are solved! "<p>I discovered that I had some extensive dry rot in my roof.  I was frantic. I needed to get the roof replaced fast.  I called about 8 contractors and left messages for them to call me back so that I could get a bid for repair and replacing my roof.  Only three  bothered to call me back and all 3 gave me a bid.  Two of the bidders said that they couldn't get on my roof until November or December.  I had never used Angie's List before but decided to check it out.  I looked through the listings for roofing contractors and read the reviews.  I decided to call Roof Tech Specialties even though they were located about 60 miles away.  I got ahold of Jamie Stepp.  He told me that he would come by at 1:00 the next day to give me a bid.  The next day at 12:30 he was considerate enough to  call  me to let me know that he would be about 45 minutes later than 1:00.  When he got there, he did a thorough inspection of my house and gave me a bid that was acceptable to me an my wife.  I asked him how soon they could get started.  He told me in two weeks.  I was elated.  A couple days later Jamie called me and asked if they could get started on  the next day.   WOW!!   The crew arrived on schedule and went right to work.  The job took 3 days and these were the hottest days of this Summer.  I supplied the crew with Ice water that was much needed.  I will have to say that all of the crew we really great.  Jamie over saw the work and worked along with the crew.  I am very pleased with the job that they did.  They cleaned up after themselves and there was not a trace of the old roofing left any where around my property.  I have a two and a half car garage that also needs a new roof and Jamie and his men are going to replace that roof soon.  I will certainly be recommending  Roof Tech Specialties to anyone else that I know that is needing a new roof.</p> <p>Alan Leach</p> <p>Bay City, OR <strong> </strong><br /> <br /></p> <br />"
