"David and his team did a great job for us. We had a 60 foot cypress tree in our backyard that was too close to the house and needed to be removed. David responded very quickly to our request for an estimate in late August, and due to a cancellation in his schedule, was able to remove the tree in mid September. His team arrived at 9 AM and the work, including clean up and complete removal of the tree, was finished by 3 PM. The crew also did an excellent job protecting the shrubs and ferns under the tree. "I have used Pacific NW Arborist's twice now. The first time, they removed two large fir trees, a maple tree, and a willow tree. The fir trees required the use of a crane. They spent one day delimbing the fir trees and removing the maple and willow. They returned with a crane to remove the remainder of the fir trees. All went very well and they did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess. The second time I used their services, they removed a large pine tree that had begun to lean and posed a threat of falling over. It took them about an hour to climb, delimb, remove, and clean up. Very pleased with their effort. All in all, I would highly recommend Pacific NW Arborists; very professional and reliable."

They also removed limbs from an oak tree in my backyard which opened up a view of Mt. Hood. They went above and beyond what I expected. They were also very good with their cleanup. They gave me the option of keeping any of the wood as firewood. They cleaned up and took away everything I did not want. "This last service went well. I first got a call in advance saying they would be coming the next day - and in that case, it was after a bad storm and the yard was full of tree debris. I called their office late in the evening and left a message saying it not be a good time to have them show up. They listened and about a week or so later, they called again about providing the service the next day - which was a good time. My experience is the service people listen to concerns and accommodate any specific issues I have."
