"Roofing Resources were amazing!! The customer service was perfect and they finished the job in one day!!"

"Great experience with this roofing company for my asphalt shingle roof replacement. The price was fair and competitive compared to other quotes I got. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They kept me informed throughout the process and were very courteous. Highly recommend!"

"We are so grateful to have gotten our porch roof repaired this week. Marino was so knowledgeable of what needed to be done to fix our problem. He and his team made every effort to ensure the job was completed correctly and to our satisfaction before they left after a long hot day. They were thorough in their clean-up and left us with sparkling windows we could not reach where the repair work had been done. Our experience with them is definitely a "5." For the first time in a long time, it's nice to know we won't have to worry about leaks and further damage to our porch when heavy rains come."

"customer rep right down to the workers everyone was a professional and they did a fantastic job replacing my roof PLUS the clean up after,FANTASTIC JOB"

"Talon and his workers, kicked some bum, bum with my roof. Talon was able to get my insurance company to pay for an entire to roof. He is quite the professional. I know he even forked out a few bucks of his own money to keep me happy. He?s a real good man. Him and his team replaced an entire roof of probably over 2000 sqr ft and replaced the wafer board on over half of it, in under a day and a half. As you may be able to tell, I am very pleased with what Talon and his men did for me, and for a great price. I would recommend him for any roof repairs or replacement. Don?t hesitate to give him a call. He?s a man of principle and integrity. He?ll take care of you."

"From the very beginning, Scott Gunter, the Hixon Company Representative, came to our home well prepared and with plans for an outdoor screened porch and to have a new roof installed. Scott delivered as he said he would, on time, and the best workmanship we could afford. Once here, theHixon crew went right to work. They were on time, quick, but yet, efficient. We couldn't be more happy with the roof. We did install a quality roof with architectural shingles. It was done in two days. There were many, friendly and efficient workers, all here at the same time. They worked very hard and were relentless in their efforts to please my wife and me."

"I am a very satisfied customer. I had my roof, gutters, and awnings replaced by PGRS after a hail storm a few years ago. I also recently had the drip edge installed. I had estimates by 4 different companies but ultimately chose PGRS because of Jason Loyd, the sales rep. I was most impressed by Jason because he was very personable and courteous. He was patient and answered all of my questions (of
which I had about a million). Lol. He explained everything very thoroughly. He is a great 1st impression for the company. Good move PGRS. Jason has great People/Soft skills. My interactions with other staff members have been just as positive. I have not had any problems with my roof, gutters, or awnings. If I do, I have the utmost confidence that PGRS will do their best to resolve any
issues. I read a few of the negative comments here and I will say that customers are NOT always right! Companies should be expected to do their best, which PGRS does. Some customers have unrealistic expectations from companies. Positive experiences are had when each party does their best. Customers have responsibilities for their people skills too! If PGRS could leave reviews on their customers, some of us would never have businesses wanting to work with us at all. In conclusion...PGRS is a great company to work with. Communicating with them is easy and professional. I highly recommend them!

"J. Nichols Roofing did a wonderful job replacing our roof. This company completed the work in a timely and professional manner. They showed up on schedule and did a fantastic job, making sure to thoroughly clean up afteward. The roof looks great and I would absolutely recommend them."

"We initially started working with Andrew in late 2023/early 2024 after purchasing our first home, which had its original roof on it from 05. We experienced some leaking on multiple occasions that he did not hesitate to come out and patch up for us any time I gave him a call, and his work was always warrantied. He is great to work with and was very honest with us about how much longer our roof would likely last, as well as how insurance companies work if you were to file a claim for replacement. After a tornado came and impacted our home in early 2025, I did not hesitate to reach back out to Andrew for help. On that same day, Andrew sent out Phillip G. to take a look at our roof, he assessed and we had quite a bit of damage. Like Andrew, Phillip was also very informative and professional. Phillip had great insight on roofs in this day and time and the way that they should be built out to current times code; which ours clearly was not up to par after being 20 years old. He was very reassuring and confident that if we decided to pursue an insurance claim, he would be able to give it his all and help us make it through from start to finish. We decided to pursue the claim and Phillip was there for us every step of the way. He helped us in making the perfect roof shingle selection that complimented our home aesthetic best, as well as helped us choose the perfect gutters, downspouts, and guard colors. He adamantly followed up with us on all details related to our roof and gutter replacements and outlined every detail pertaining to the itinerary of the replacements; it was a 3-day job for everything that we got done and he described it all to the T! He showed up, showed support, and stayed 100% genuine during the process. Our home looks absolutely amazing and Xtreme Xteriors did an amazing job! We are forever grateful, would highly recommend, and will be returning to them for future projects."
