"We had been needing some repairs on our house for quite some time but after getting several estimates that seemed way overpriced, we gave up trying temporarily. His estimate was reasonable, clear and concise and he never tried to upsell or add to what we wanted. He gave an honest opinion and recommendation of the work to be done, the timeframe, and the cost, along with possible alternatives that would best suit us. The time he spent with us that day and his willingness to listen and answer all our questions made us feel very confident that finally, we had an answer to our prayers! We started out with a fairly small project and after seeing firsthand how Brandon and his crew handled everything, we felt confident to add to our list. During the time it took to complete the job, Brandon was always available to answer any questions we had and proved himself to be trustworthy and a great communicator again and again. "I had a bathroom leak which ended up ruining my floors. Felix’s team was able to remove and replace all the damaged wood and updated everything. Floors, a new vanity, lights, faucets and paint. I was very pleased."

"I do not recommend Bath Planet. The cost is exorbitant for such a pretty product made with poor quality materials and shoddy installation. There is too much give in the flimsy walls and pan. After only a month, I had to have someone come in and recaulk. It took a LOT of caulk for the big gaps. Yes, there was mold. Then, two years later, yet another issue. We noticed a squishing sound in the hall, then water started coming up between the floorboards. It took a plumber two trips (and a week of using no water in that end of the house - no dishwasher, kitchen sink, laundry, or bathroom) so the floors could dry and he could find the source of the water. Turns out, the shower drain was not properly installed, or perhaps it had worked itself loose with the flimsy bendable pan. Water was draining between the concrete slab and our pvc laminate flooring. Yes, I am upset. I am so sorry I allowed Bath Planet anywhere near my house."
