She would send her BEST man for the job. And that he was, Mr. Pedro Favela. Very Polite and respectful. Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. I will never again use that high priced sprinkler service i've had for 15 years. From now on its CAPS Sprinkler System!!!!! Ronnie J."

"First off, WE cannot thank Chris and team enough for the level of work they put into our yard! It was a difference maker! The level of customer service these guys deliver is really special. There are many "like" companies, and they all have their busy schedules and skills, but Chris and Neptune just stood out well above everyone else. It started with the quote. He arrived on time and prepared, and had the quote done the next day. Once we scheduled the job he was on time and managed the job personally. Our job was quite complicated to include water pressure issues, and we could not be happier with the completed project! You just don't expect this level of customer service from companies like this, at least we didn't, and what a refreshing surprise to know that company's like Chris' DO exist. The old addadge that customer service matters is so important, because "word of mouth" advertizing can be so powerful. Chris can count on us to share our story! "After spending $40k+ on a complete irrigation system, landscaping (grass and plants) and hardscape we ask Sean to come back to finish the project and add some additional irrigation. He came by as promised, took notes on what we wanted, which was minor compared to the work he had already done, and said he would get back to us. Never heard from him again. He has NEVER followed-up on the original job to ensure everything was working. Some of the plants he installed died, he said he would take of that. Never heard from him again. This was not the first time we used this company, but I would never recommend them or would I ever hire this company again. E-mailed several times early on to find out what was happening, NO response ever. Very disappointed in a company we thought was reliable and trustworthy."
