The old addadge that customer service matters is so important, because "word of mouth" advertizing can be so powerful. Chris can count on us to share our story! He came by as promised, took notes on what we wanted, which was minor compared to the work he had already done, and said he would get back to us. Never heard from him again. He has NEVER followed-up on the original job to ensure everything was working. Some of the plants he installed died, he said he would take of that. Never heard from him again. This was not the first time we used this company, but I would never recommend them or would I ever hire this company again. E-mailed several times early on to find out what was happening, NO response ever. Very disappointed in a company we thought was reliable and trustworthy."

"Bait and switch pricing and now they quoted $155.00 to replace sprinkler valve upon arrival technician wanted much more than $155.00 to replace sprinkler valve. The company said that to cut out the valve and to re plum with a new valve with cost more money than $155.00. The company said that they were charging a $155.00 to remove six screws on the top of the valve and reconnect two wires. I would never pay a $155.00 to remove six screws and re attach two wires and that give me a clarity to anybody coming behind me about sprinklers valve replacement with this Company. This company need to be more transparent on the front side relative to what they do for a sprinkler valve replacement costing $155.00."
