Being a senior citizen & alone, I am hesitant to deal with contractors. Melissa worked with me on financing options & walked me through the whole process, even speaking with my son after hours to exlplain the process. They scheduled My roof quickly and the whole team was courteous and professional. Roland himself even came by to check on the roof. "Installation went great and the product is great, but price is something I will not pay again. I know the quality of the product and installation is very hhgh, but I do not think I will have other doors in house replaced soley because of cost. $5400 for one door with new frame is just too high. I also do not like the fact that if I install a storm door, my warranty is voided. And there is no metal in the frame that wuld allow for a magnetc screen to be used so the door can be opened in good weather."
