"I purchased a "half-day" coupon on Angie's List for $279 and had a list of 5 repair jobs that I figured would take about that long to complete which would make the price worthwhile.  The young repairman who came out (sorry I can't remember his name) did a great job of repairing my front door latch & loose strike plate, and repairing two loose outlets set in the wood siding of my kitchen island.  However, though he tried, he wasn't able to repair my patio umbrella, and said the ceiling fan's noise was an indication that it needed to be replaced rather than repaired.  As a result of only two items actually being repaired, I felt I'd overpaid since I didn't end up needing anyone for a "half day" after all.  That wasn't the fault of the repairman, who was very nice, but I will think twice about buying such an offer again.  It may be better to hire by the job or by the hour.

"We are extremely pleased with the work Ronnie and his crew did on our yard. We had just moved to Austin and bought a house and the backyard was full of dying trees and mud. We checked Angie's list and contacted a few contractors and Ronnie was responsive and polite. He came out to see our place quickly and was able to give us a proposal that was fairly priced and nicely designed. There was a lot of hard work in removing several enormous dying trees and Ron and his crew were great. They are prompt, show up on time, are really good communicators and take feedback really well. It took a few days longer than anticipated to finish, but the results were well worth it. In fact our neighbors were so impressed with the beautiful view they saw in our backyard they hired Transformed to do their yard as well. They built some really large steel planters, got all the materials and were really great about cleaning up each day. I couldn't more highly recommend them for any of landscape needs you might have."

"Jay Sexton is one of the most pleasant people you will ever work with.  He respectful, considerate, and thoughtful about his advice.  I asked Jay to build a two-level patio that I had designed for a particular spot in the backyard, with power and water supply to an Italianate fountain that I had previously purchased.  Jay made a number of very important suggestions for the size, design, materials, and layout of the patio, resulting in a much better outcome.  His crew was very efficient.  The stonemasons were artists who worked with an expensive stone to create a delightful design with random shapes that, because of the thickness of the stone, had to be created by sawing individual pieces and then chiseling the edges to give the sort of aged, rough lines that we were looking for.
Jay was meticulous in following up and went well beyond what was expected in installing the fountain, which proved to be more work that we originally thought it would be.
This was such a good experience that we decided to expand the scope of our landscaping project and have hired Eclipse to do the design and installation.  Once again, it proving to be a pleasure to work with Eclipse.
