Joe showed up on time, worked quickly, and did an excellent job--he even discovered a part of the old alarm system hidden behind an object that had been overheating for a long time and posed a fire hazard. As o Aug 17, none of my calls or texts (see attached) have been returned and the work is not done. I'll gladly update this review should something change."
