One was to remove scratches from a stone countertop. Rueben was upfront with us that it might not be fixable meaning that the fix may be worse than the scratches. He walked us through the pros and cons and we made a decision as a team to move ahead. (it worked btw and the scratches are gone). Next, we had a countertop that was cut and installed incorrectly that we needed recut in place. He did this as well, making sure to cover everything to keep out dust. Working with him was so great.
