"I called to get information on building a new website for our company,
as well as get monthly SEO work done.  I just got back from a week long
sales and marketing symposium so I was pretty well versed in what I
wanted to accomplish and excited to start implementing an inbound
marketing plan to drive business to our site and increase sales for our
residential cleaning service.  Due to an immediate family member falling critically ill, I'm not able to hire her just yet because all our extra money is going towards hospital bills, travel expense etc.

review today is that when I called and spoke to Samantha, she really
helped me and she impressed me more than the other firms I hat
contacted.
I explained that I needed to do some basic stuff on my
own, but then get our website rebuilt and monthly SEO management as
soon as could afford it.  She spent a lot of time with me and gave me
some good advice, even though I was not yet her client.  This is
indicative of a quality company and it's evident that she really loves
what she does.  I'm a similar type of contractor in my own field, so I
recognize that quality when I see it.  I have no problem recommending
her to others, I;m sure you'll get very personalized treatment.

"G & J provided excellent service all around.  They contacted me within 36 hours of purchasing a deal on Angie's List to confirm an appointment and were available to fit me in my suggested days which I wasn't expecting since I was giving very short notice.  They arrived right on time with 3 cleaners and went to work immediately.  I had purchased the $80 for 4 (man) hours of cleaning.  It was explained to me that they would be going a little over the time to ensure a good job since there were so many rooms.  They promised (and did) to keep the price aligned to the deal I bought of $20 per hour which was very fair.
When I arrived back at the house at their completion I was amazed at how great a job they did.  All of the floors (wood and tile), baseboards, counter tops, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, and closets were cleaned beautifully.  They even cleaned the exterior of some of the more prominent windows which was going above and beyond on their part since I had hired them for interior cleaning.
I would recommend G & J to anyone.  I will be using them again shortly myself for cleaning of the apartment I am moving out of and am heavily considering setting up regular house cleaning service with them.

"Carlos / Drymaster gets 10 Stars from me.  The lower level of my condo was severely water damaged by a plumbing issue and subsequent mold contamination.  Cabinets needed to be removed, drywall, floors, etc.  The situation was completely traumatic.  I feel so blessed to have found Drymaster, Carlos   He is honest, conscientious, understanding, resourceful, helpful, knowledgeable, detailed, and has a very calming demeanor.  He would always assure me things were going to be okay.  Honestly, I was a wreck so I deeply appreciated the support and kindness. If you have to have a water/remediation company, you will absolutely want a company that is honest.  The process is such that a consumer can get totally ripped off if a company doesn't have integrity.  For me, I would not want a chain
for this process.  Maybe it's just me, but I have not found personalized service through chains in general.
My preference is an independently owned company where the personnel still have some heart and aren't just working for the paycheck.  Drymaster is exactly that type company. Carlos was very thorough to document the damage and the subsequent
remediation.  Really, as a homeowner, this was very traumatic.  We had to quickly move out of our house and were not allowed in to the
contaminated area (for obvious reasons).  Carlos and his crew removed all the mold and contaminates so that it passed the mold inspection.  By the way, it's important to have a separate company do the testing for final clearance as it is a conflict of interest for a company to do the
remediation and then test themselves.  Who knew !  The work that Drymaster did is very clean and precise.  Drywall that was removed is
cut in very straight lines so that repairs can be made more easily (I assume).  Carlos has walked us through other aspects of this
situation as well. (Too many to list) Honestly, he doesn't  have to helpus like he is.  He's just a good guy.  I recommend Drymaster and Carlos highly."
