"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

The work included installing new hardwood floors, electrical, drywall, painting, installing a window, and building new closets. Harry was great at setting up the initial consult and quickly gave us a quote. They got everything done in about 2.5 weeks which is what was quoted. Harry was very responsive throughout the whole process and easy to get a hold of. His crew was respectful and carful with our home and ensured they cleaned up every day. Bill was great and was able to complete the final task list of items we had for him before final walk thru. Our rooms came out fantastic and look great. Harry was also able to paint our master bedroom which was an add on request.
