"Exceptional. There were many challenges due to a very small space with some unmovable features (toilet stack), and a chimney in a key wall. The basic layout was original to the (1930s) house and not convenient for modern living. Tim did a total gut and then implemented a layout that maximized the existing space. What had been a cramped and inefficient space now is a beautiful efficient en-suite with a delightful shower and luxurious underheated flooring.
